Responsible AI Practice is the designation accredited by identifiable, for those who use artificial intelligence and intend to answer for it, from solopreneur to organization. It is delivered through the iDIA framework method and measured by the AI Index. It is granted on two conditions held together: the Index reaches the designation threshold, and no property falls below the floor.

The essentials

The Responsible AI Practice attests what you entrust to the tools, how you protect data, how you verify and trace what AI produces, and what you answer for in front of your clients. Scoring is done on evidence, with the iDIA framework and its six properties: Accountable, Governed, Secured, Sovereign, Supervised, Reproducible.

The program follows three levels, by the scope of what you answer for: your individual practice, the practice of the team you manage, the practice of your company. A title is earned; it cannot be bought.

For whom

Solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, managers, executives, C-suite and very small businesses already working with AI.

Format

A four-week cohort at level 1: four 90-minute sessions, a concrete tool handed over at every session, then an individual evaluation.

The title

Decided on a practice file, valid for one year and renewable. You receive a printed certificate and a shareable URL.

Three levels, by what you answer for

Every path includes documentation, analysis, recommendations and certification.

Level 1 · My individual practice

For the solopreneur, the entrepreneur, the professional. Four 90-minute sessions over four weeks: map your use (inventory, including shadow AI), protect the data (Law 25 applied, tool settings, data residency), direct and supervise (framing, verification, usage register), secure it and answer for it (concrete risks, personal policy). A tool handed over at every session. The evaluation is on a practice file and a commented demonstration of a real case.

Level 2 · My team's practice

For the manager and team lead. Level 1, plus two sessions: translate your practice into team rules (team policy, roles, tool approval), install supervision and traceability across the team, run the team inventory (including other people's shadow AI). The file adds the team policy in force, the team inventory and two documented team cases.

Level 3 · My company's practice

For the executive, the C-suite, the very small business owner. Level 2, plus two sessions: formal governance (company policy, accountability, review cadence), risk and compliance at company scale (AI Risk SOLN in a small-business version, Law 25 applied), measured indicators. Level 3 certifies the executive's practice at the scale of their company; for the certification of the organization itself (30 people and more), the path is the Responsible AI Practice.

The numeric threshold of each level lives in the iDIA framework specification. The logic is firm: a practice that is claimed but not written down is capped; every score cites its exhibit.

Find the right level

How the title is decided

On evidence. You submit a practice file (inventory, classification grid, usage register kept, signed policy) and replay a real case of your work, from the request to the delivered output. Every property receives a score backed by an exhibit.

Against a real threshold. Failing is possible and documented. A candidate who does not meet the standard leaves with a roadmap and resubmits within 90 days at no extra cost.

In time. The title is valid one year and renews after a light re-evaluation. An expired title is never displayed.

Can you fail?

Does this title qualify me to certify other organizations?

No. The Responsible AI Practice attests your own use of AI. To evaluate and certify others, the path is the Certification of Responsible AI Lead. For the certification of your organization itself, it is the Responsible AI Practice.

How long is the title valid?

One year. It renews after a light re-evaluation. You receive a printed certificate and a shareable URL to present the title.
