identifiable Move 38 · Organization certification · your organization pursues the designation

From a trained team to the Responsible AI Organization designation.

Your teams work with AI, with or without a frame. This program installs the frame, measures it, and leads your organization to the seal that can be verified, on evidence: the Responsible AI Organization designation, accredited by identifiable.

The essentials

The Certification of Responsible AI Organization is for teams and mid-sized organizations, roughly 30 to 300 people and more. It installs AI governance, security and compliance, measures them with the id AI framework, and leads the organization to the Responsible AI Organization designation.

The program is scoped as an engagement: the scope is defined at the framing session. It follows three levels, from the trained team to the designation decided on evidence by the AIiD evaluation.

For whom

Teams and mid-sized organizations, roughly 30 to 300 people and more, that want to raise their AI use.

Format

An engagement, scoped at framing. Level 1 is delivered in six half-day sessions, then execution and the AIiD evaluation.

The threshold

An AI Index of at least 70 with no property below 60. An organization at 67 remains undesignated; the gaps get closed.

Three levels, up to the designation

Level 1 · Trained team

Six half-day sessions, on site, on your real uses, along the cabinet's backbone: inventory the uses and systems (including shadow AI), frame risk tolerance, structure governance, security (the AI Risk SOLN frame) and compliance (Law 25, the EU AI Act, the NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 preparation), then anchor and measure. You leave with an equipped team, a starting AI Index and a roadmap.

Level 2 · Structured organization

The roadmap executed: policies in force, roles and accountability held, risks treated, registers current, indicators measured. You leave with an organization ready for the formal evaluation, attested on evidence.

Level 3 · The designation

The AIiD evaluation, conducted by the cabinet or a Licensed Lead, system by system and agent by agent. The Responsible AI Organization designation is decided at the threshold, never negotiated. It gives the organization a mark that can be verified, on evidence.

Training prepares the designation; the evaluation decides it. The gaps get closed, the threshold does not move.

The certification posture

For ISO/IEC 42001, identifiable prepares organizations for certification issued by an accredited body. identifiable certifies conformity in AI governance, to the NIST AI RMF and to Law 25, and accredits the Responsible AI Organization designation. For the European Union's AI Act, the cabinet aligns practices; the fine legal interpretation belongs to legal counsel.

The designation is valid one year, renews after re-evaluation, and stays listed on the public title registry with a verification URL.

How identifiable gets you ready

The threshold does not move, and no one is left standing in front of the gap: between the trained team and the designation, identifiable offers the right advisory programs (governance, NIST AI RMF risk management, Law 25 and EU AI Act compliance, ISO/IEC 42001 preparation) to close the gaps and reach the threshold.
